This series is not to show how to make a cup of filter coffee, But rather to walk you through the therapeutic process of "trivial" steps that go into doing something as mundane as a cup of coffee.

Gardening, cooking, working out, driving,cleaning, folding laundry, drawing repetitive shapes and many such small activities help give our mind the space to immerse itself in the process and often reduce anxiety, restlessness etc.. There is after all a calm in everyday mundanity.
