Before there was this idea of weekends ,parties, chilling with "squads" , there was only us. Each one of us had healthy hobbies and knew how to spend time alone.
I wish more people had this self awareness now and understood the concept of going out alone , for meals, solo dates, walks, staying home etc., Not because there's no one else to hangout with but out of choice.
It's not about being an extrovert or introvert , it's about learning how to enjoy your own company and paying attention to your own thoughts.
A lot of conflicts , both external and internal, fall in place if we just practice solitude.
